Corrections especially. We'd genuinely rather hear it from you than leave something wrong on the internet.
Found a mistake?
Tell us. If a spec is wrong, a machine has been discontinued, a link is dead, or a recommendation doesn't hold up — send it over. If you're right, we fix it within 48 hours and note the correction on the page with a date, rather than quietly editing it. That's written up in our editorial policy.
A correction with a source attached is the fastest way to get it changed, but a plain "this looks wrong to me" is welcome too. We'll go and check.
Have a question about gear?
Ask. We can't promise a personal shopping service, but a good question often turns into a page — and if enough people ask the same thing, that's a signal we've failed to answer it clearly somewhere.
If you're trying to decide what to buy, the two pages that resolve most of it are machine or grinder first and the best espresso machine for beginners.

What we're not looking for
Being straightforward about this saves everyone time: we don't accept press samples, paid placements, sponsored posts, guest posts, or link exchanges. Not as a negotiating position — we just don't, and it's written into our editorial policy precisely so that we can point at it when asked.
If you represent a manufacturer and we've got a specification wrong, though, pleasetell us. That's the one email from a brand we always want.
